I have 3 new in box and 2 open box/gently used. There are 3 still new in box never taken out of plastic. Shipping costs money sadly many people will buy vintage items, wear them to a parties, events, etc, then try return. Only 2 times did he use the heads shown out of boxes.

Once tags are removed you can not return it no matter what. Condition: New in box never used. NOTE ABOUT FABRIC: If an item has no fabric content tags there is guarantee of. It sat in his garage unused.

I ship items as clean possible but some darker fabrics like velvet will have a tiny bit of lint from all the furs woolens sell. It is NOT perfume. Do not remove tags until you make sure everything is okay. I take photos of all measurements for accuracy.

I'm happy to help. I may give my opinion about what its made of but if it has no tags there is way to know 100%. Sensitive people might be able to smell this.
